A new promotional video with the BMW i8 has been released by the German based automaker.
Gadget car fans will be glad to find out that they now have a small new video with the BMW i8 which is showing some of the features of the car. The clip posted below is also revealing the silent performance of the i8 so if the previous footages haven’t convinced you into placing a deposit, than this one should, and if you can’t afford it, then you have a new conversation piece for when you will go out for a drink, with your friends, next time.
Be sure to let them know that the BMW i8 is assembled in Leipzig, Germany, and it’s offered in a two-door coupe body style. The model is taking its power from a hybrid synchronous motor, with 131 HP (86 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque. It can be ordered with the range extender too, the 1.5 liter I3 turbo, with 228 HP (170 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft). The combined output stands at 357 HP (266 kW) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque. The BMW i8 has been officially presented to the public, in its final form, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
