BMW has recently released a new promotional video with the all-new M135i model, the first ever M Performance automobile to get a petrol engine.
After it was officially presented to the public earlier this year, the BMW M135i is once again being placed into the spotlights, this time with the German based automaker releasing a new promotional video with the model. BMW says that the M135i won’t be available in the United States, but the 2-Series coupe version of the model, the M235i Coupe, is rumored to make its way onto the over-seas auto market, as the first M Performance automobile there.
The BMW M135i is powered by the N55 3.0 liter straight six-cylinder engine, which is developing a total output of 320 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 450 Nm (332 lb-ft), available between 1,300 and 4,500 rpm. The BMW M135i can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds when equipped with the automatic transmission and in 5.1 seconds with a manual gearbox. The model, which is also available as both a three-door and a five-door version, has been fitted with aerodynamically optimized body features and it’s coming with M-characteristic suspension components.
