The German based automaker BMW has recently released a new video with the impressive Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupe, in which the design process of the model is being explained.
After it was officially presented to the public a couple of weeks ago, during the 2013 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, at Lake Como, in Italy, the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupe is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a new video with the model. The footage posted below is showing Karim Habib and Fabio Filippini explaining the design philosophy of the Gran Lusso Coupe, so if you’re interested in it, you should scroll down and click play.
As a quick reminder, the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupe concept is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 engine, fitted under the long “nose”. The model has LED taillights and a mixture of high grade Italian leather signed by Foglizzo in the cabin, along with a very rare and very old wood trim, which is approximately 48,000 years old. BMW and Pininfarina didn’t release any extra details on the Gran Lusso Coupe but you can check it out in the video and photo gallery posted below.
