BMW has released a new promotional video with the 2014 X5 which made me argue with my TV the first time I’ve seen it.
The newest promotional video for the new BMW X5 generation is named “Respect” and the “brilliant mind” behind it is probably 25 years old, interested in her nails and probably thinks that this vehicle is good off-road as it is on-road. Maybe it’s just me, but I still think that this is one of the worse TV commercials BMW has released in ages. Check it out below, right after the jump, and feel free to agree.
The 2014 BMW X5 is the third generation of the model and it has been officially unveiled back in May, 2013. The market launch of the SAV took place in November, 2013. Initially, the new BMW X5 generation was available in three versions, the xDrive50i, with a 450 HP V8 petrol engine, the xDrive30d, with 258 HP and the M50d M Performance, with 381 HP. Eventually more versions were introduced, like the xDrive40d, the xDrive25d, the xDrive35i and the sDrive25d. The BMW X5’s new generation is coming with a choice of two transmissions, a 6-speed automatic and an 8-speed automatic.
