DC and Warner Brothers’ new Justice League ensemble film is going to be benchmarked against Marvel’s The Avengers in every possible form – including the automotive-related content.
Justice League – the first outing of the ensemble superhero team on the big silver screen in live-action form – is a massive event awaited by comic book and cinema lovers with incredible interest. Hitting theaters on November 17, 2017 the flick is going to feature Bruce Wayne’s Batman, Diana Prince’s Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot – watch her, she’s probably going to steal the show once more) as well as newcomers Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash.
Now we find out that Mercedes-Benz has decided to partner with the producers of the movie, so we’re going to be flooded by vehicles like the E-Class, G-Class, and even the fantastic MG Vision Gran Turismo. “With Justice League, we found the perfect partner to highlight our current vehicles as well as communicate the fascination of our brand,” says Jens Thiemer, Vice President of Marketing at Mercedes-Benz. “The E-Class Cabriolet is a natural fit for Wonder Woman.” Interestingly enough, the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Concept, presented back in 2013 for the Gran Turismo video game had to be reconstructed completely – with a real interior complete with illuminated elements, racing seats, and even a virtual dashboard. The concept also needed to grow by 110 percent in order to fit the physique of Bruce Wayne.
