A Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has recently been caught on camera while its driver was trying to go over a nasty speed bump in Hyderabad, India.
In a city where about 7 million people live, like Hyderabad, in India, and there are a lot of mopeds and motorcycles, speed bumps obviously have a main role to play, but what happens when an expensive hyper car like the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport meets a speed bump? Well, in this case… nah, I won’t tell you because you just have to see this video, which has been posted below, for yourselves. One thing is for sure, though, the driver of the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has most likely cursed during this whole “incident”.
As a reminded, the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has been officially presented to the public in 2008, at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, with its production beginning in spring 2009. The Bugatti Veyron is powered by a massive 8.0 liter W16 64v 2xDOHC quad-turbocharged petrol engine, which is developing a total output of 1.001 horsepower. The engine is allowing the hyper car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.46 seconds, while the 0 to 240 km/h acceleration is being done in 9.8 seconds and the model can accelerate from 0 to 400 km/h in 50 seconds. The quarter mile is over in 10.2 seconds at 230 km/h (142.9 mph) and its average fuel consumption is 18 l/100km or 13 mpg US.
