Volkswagen’s sub-brand Bugatti has recently released the first promotional video with the all-new Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse supercar.
After being officially presented to the public last month during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the automaker releasing the first promotional video with the supercar. The new Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse has an open-top body structure with a removable roof, derived from the standard Grand Sport model and its price list will be set from 1.91 million euros (2.50m USD) for the cheapest version.
Under the hood, the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is powered by a 16-cylinder engine which now developing a total output of 1,200 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 1,500 Nm (1,106 lb-ft) of torque, from the standard 1,001 horsepower and 1,250 Nm (922 lb-ft) of torque, mated to a seven-speed transmission. The newest creation to wear the Bugatti badge on it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.6 seconds, before reaching an impressive top speed of 410 km/h or 255 mph. The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse has a total weight of 1,990 kg.
