The recently unveiled Renault Alpine Vision Gran Turismo has been shown in the metal at the Festival Automobile International in Paris where it has been filmed recently.
After making its online debut just a week ago, the brand new Renault Alpine Vision Gran Turismo is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a brand new video, which is showing the model from just about every angle, as it has been unveiled during the 2015 Festival Automobile International in Paris.
Keep in mind that this is not a functional concept as it has been specifically developed for the Gran Turismo 6 video game, but is does have a radical design which is believed to be borrowed, in some small pieces, by the next Alpine sports car, which is believed to be a couple of years away. The one-off vehicle will become available as a free update in the Gran Turismo 6 next month.
The Renault Alpine Vision Gran Turismo is packing a 4.5 liter V8 mid mounted engine, which is capable of producing a total of 450 HP (331 kW) and 580 Nm (428 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed sequential transmission. The 900 kg (1,985 lbs) weighing concept car has a double wishbone suspension, a carbon fiber monocoque, 390 mm and 355 mm ventilated front and rear brake discs and it can achieve a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).
