Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has officially pulled the wraps off the brand new SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo.
The newest addition to the Gran Turismo 6 video game has been called the SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo and it has been signed by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The model in question has been officially unveiled recently and it is coming with a stylish yet aggressive exterior design, with LED headlights, the ultra-lightweight grapheme skins covering the engine cover and cockpit, the LED headlights, the large rear diffuser, the aerodynamic body panels, the five-tailpipe exhaust system and several other tweaks which are definitely helping it stand out.
“I’m truly happy that FCA and its performance division, SRT, have captured the spirit of the Vision Gran Turismo with the SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo. FCA designers took part in a design competition and the concept that was chosen is extreme in every way with its striking form, aerodynamic proportions, internal mechanisms and advanced driver’s suit. Due to the radical design of the vehicle, our physics team had to develop new physics for Gran Turismo in order to represent the car properly in the game”, said the creator of Gran Turismo and the Polyphony Digital president, Kazunori Yamauchi.
Three versions of the SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo have been created for the game and the entry-level, the S, has a 7.0 liter V10 engine under its hood, rated at “just” 792 HP (590 kW), backed up by the pneumatically driven front wheels which bring an extra 215 HP (160 kW), taking the total output to 1,007 HP (750 kW). The 918 kg weighing ride can reach more than 402 km/h (250 mph). The racing version, the GTS-R, is coming with a total output of 1,450 HP (1,081 kW) and the 661 kg vehicle can go up to 482 km/h (300 mph). The X is the most powerful version and it is coming with 2,590 HP (1,931 kW), being capable of going all the way to 650 km/h (404 mph).
