A stunning blue-finished version of is the subject of a new video which has ended up on the web.
The Ferrari F40 is considered by many to be one of the best supercars the automotive industry has ever put together. But in between the red-finished ones, there is always someone who likes to stand out and the new owner of this particular model has had his ride resprayed in a stunning blue shade. The Italian based automaker Ferrari has assembled the F40 between 1987 and 1992 in Maranello. The supercar was the successor of the Ferrari 288 GTO and it was produced in just 1,311 units, being designed by Pininfarina. It is coming with the mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout and the 2-door coupe Berlinetta body style. The F40 stands at 4,358 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width and 1,124 mm in height, with a total weight of 1,100 kg. Power to the model came from the 2.9 liter turbocharged V8 engine, which was capable of producing a total output of 478 HP (352 kW) at 7,000 rpm and 577 Nm (424 lb-ft) of torque, available at 4,000 rpm. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the F40 needs just 3.9 seconds and it can cover the quarter mile in 11.9 seconds. Top speed stands at 320 km/h (200 mph).
