[VIDEO] Chevrolet Sonic (Aveo) bungee jumping

The American based automotive giant General Motors is continuing to promote its Chevrolet Sonic / Aveo by making it do apparently impossible things for a car and after just last week we have seen it jump out of a plane, now we see it do bungee jumping in Long Beach, California, for 10 stories in a publicity stunt by the automaker.

The popular hatchback version of the Sonic has jumped off 10 stories in a publicity stunt that includes the giveaway of a vehicle in sweepstakes, where participants in the contest will have to do “a first” like baking a cake that looks like them and eat it themselves.

According to GM, the campaign is targeted around kids who should “love” it and young people who don’t have the same wished from a car as more experienced customers. The Chevrolet Sonic / Aveo is already available for pre-order in the United Kingdom where General Motors has set its price at 9.995 GBP for the 1.2 LS, while the top-of-the-line 1.3 LTS VCDi costs 13.615 GBP.
