Dacia has announced the introduction of a new top-of-the-line Prestige trim level for the popular Logan in Romania.
After being inspired by the Logan 10 Year Anniversary, which we’ve tested here, Dacia has introduced a new range-topping variant of the car. The model in question is bringing the window controls mounted on the doors, automatic climate control, the piano-black finish surrounding the MediaNav infotainment system and the central air vents, electric rear windows, one-touch up/down features for the electric front windows, chromed interior door handles, new upholstery and the cruise control with the speed limiter.
On the outside, the new Dacia Logan Laureate Prestige is adding the black finish for the B pillars, dark red taillights, 16-inch alloy Dark Metal wheels, side mirrors with incorporated turn signals and fog lamps. The carmaker says that the new model will become available exclusively with the 1.2 liter 16-valve petrol burner, producing 73 HP, and with the 1.5 dCi diesel unit, with its 75 HP. The cheapest version of the vehicle will be the petrol-powered one, coming from 9,600 euros, and for the dCi 75, customers will have to pay 11,700 euros. Both units are meeting the Euro 6 emission standards and these are the best-sellers on the local market. The prices include VAT and they represent 500 euros on top of the regular Laureate variant.
