The guys from Motor Trend have recently taken the brand new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat to the dyno where the muscle car has turned out to be more powerful than announced.
Do you have your eyes on the impressive Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat? Well, if you do, don’t hesitate and run over to your local Dodge dealership and place a deposit for it because the model in question is even hotter than you expected it to be. Motor Trend has proven that the muscle car is more powerful than originally announced and to give you some figures, imagine 722 HP (531 kW) and 910 Nm (672 lb-ft) of torque.
The speedometer of the muscle car was indicating 325 km/h (202 mph) but the truth is that it kept accelerating up to 362 km/h (225 mph). If you thought that the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat was in the supercar territory, you are right, because these figures speak for themselves. The official output of the muscle car given was 707 HP (527 kW) and 880 Nm (650 lb-ft) of torque, from the 6.2 liter V8 unit. Top speed stands at an official 320 km/h (199 mph).
