A new video with the impressive Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is showing the muscle car in action, on Michigan’s Grattan Raceway.
The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat may have been officially introduced just a few months ago, but despite this, it still continues to attract a lot of curios eyes, where ever it is spotted. The newest clip starring the powerful muscle car is coming from the Grattan Raceway, in Michigan, and it is showing the impressive ride in action. The world’s most powerful muscle car is driven by Ralph Gilles himself, the SRT boss, and it is racing a Cadillac CTS-V Wagon.
Dodge says that the Challenger SRT Hellcat is taking its power from a large 6.2 liter V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 707 HP (527 kW) and it has a peak torque of 880 Nm (650 lb-ft). This is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 4 seconds, supercar territory. Top speed of the impressive muscle car stands at 320 km/h (199 mph). The suggested retail price of the Challenger SRT Hellcat is 59,995 USD but the first example has been auctioned for no less than 825,000 USD.
