Ferrari has officially pulled the wraps off the 458 Speciale at the Frankfurt Motor Show, back in autumn, 2013. The model in question is basically the spiritual successor of the 360 Challenge and the F430 Scuderia and it has been based on the regular 458. Recently, the Italian based automaker has also released the convertible version of the model, the 458 Speciale Aperta, or simply “A”, which is even more impressive than its coupe brother. Power to both vehicles is being provided by the same 4.5 liter V8 naturally aspirated engine, which is capable of producing no less than 605 HP (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. This is enough to allow the coupe to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in just 3 seconds.
