Ferrari has recently released a teaser video with the 599 GTB replacement, which will be known as the 620 GT.
After being initially just a rumor and the company’s officials refused to confirm it, the Ferrari 620 GT is almost here and we even know how the new Italian supercar will look like, with the rendering provided here. Ferrari has taken another step forward and it’s looking into promoting the successor of the 599 GTB, even if the road between a teaser video and actually seeing it in a showroom is quite long. But in the meantime we can enjoy what we have on the 620 GT, codenamed the F152, without asking a lot of questions about nothing, let’s just take one step at a time.
Rumors say that the Ferrari 620 GT will be officially presented to the public at the Swiss event next month, the Geneva Motor Show, on the 6th of March, but even so, we still don’t have a lot of details on it. The supercar is expected to come with the same weird four-wheel drive system of the Ferrari FF, and under its hood, the 620 GT will get the 6.3 liter V12 engine, which will produce around 700 horsepower. The engine will be mated to the same dual-clutch seven-speed transmission in the 458 Italia and the model will ride on an aluminum intensive platform.
