Picking up your brand new car is something you remember for a lot of time but what if your brand new ride is a Ferrari LaFerrari and the place is none other than Maranello?
One of the best car experiences is being shared by Ferrari these days as the company has released a video in which a famous Ferrari collector is being shown picking up his brand new ride, the LaFerrari, from Maranello. The supercar collector is Swiss industrialist Albert Obrist and he is one of the few who has had the privilege of picking up his ride from Maranello.
The Ferrari LaFerrari is the hottest ride ever to be put together in Maranello. This is also the most powerful one and the first hybrid to come out of the facility. The model has been officially unveiled back in 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, and it will be produced in just 499 units. Each one cost more than 1 million GBP. Power is coming from a 6.3L V12 unit and an electric motor, producing a total of 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the supercar needs less than 3 seconds and top speed stands at 350 km/h (217 mph).
