Another spy video with the upcoming Ferrari F12 Speciale has hit the web and it is showing us the upcoming supercar on public roads.
Ferrari will be pulling the wraps off the range-topping version of the F12 Berlinetta, the F12 Speciale, during the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, but before this will happen, the Maranello based automaker will have to make sure that everything is in its right place and working just like it should. The clip posted below is showing us a prototype version of the supercar in action on public roads, wearing some mild camouflage on its body and roaring its engine, so if you want to check it out, all you have to do is scroll down and click the play button.
The Ferrari F12 Speciale will be maintaining its front mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout and it will basically be a hotter version of the F12 Berlinetta, which will have the Lamborghini Aventador Super Veloce in mind, as its main rival, along with the McLaren 675LT. The supercar will have the same 6.3 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, which will be upgraded and it is expected to produce as much as 800 HP. The HY-KERS system developed for the LaFerrari is rumored to be used on the upgraded supercar, but this still has to be confirmed. Only 650 units of the exotic model will be produced. More details on it will be announced at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, in Mid-September.
