The brand new Ferrari F60 America has been recently caught on camera for the first time ever, while it was being unveiled over-seas.
Ferrari’s newest creation is named the F60 America and this has been based, as you probably figured it out for yourselves by now, on the F12 Berlinetta, whose roof has been chopped and whose body has received some minor modifications. The model in question has been officially unveiled over the past weekend in the United States, during a gala dinner at the Beverly Hills City Hall, in the presence of some rich and famous people.
The Ferrari F60 America has been created in order to commemorate the 60 years of Ferrari business in North America and it has been created in just 10 units. All of them have been already sold out despite the heavy price tag of 2.5 million USD carried by each one. Power to the model is being provided by a 6.3 liter V12 engine, which is capable of producing no less than 730 HP, being connected to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, which is allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.1 seconds. The F60 America has a fabric roof which has to be removed by hand.
