A new video with two impressive hybrid supercars, the Ferrari LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 Spyder, is showing the two of them in action, at Spa Francorchamps, in the wet.
With Porsche and Ferrari delivering more and more examples of the 918 Spyder and LaFerrari, amateur videos with them in action keep popping onto the web and the newest clip is showing the two of them in action, at Spa Francorchamps, on a wet track. The video has been filmed from inside the Ferrari LaFerrari and it is showing the Italian hypercar chasing its German rival on the track. The Ferrari LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 Spyder have been introduced 6 months away from each other, at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, respectively, and they are both hybrid supercars. The LaFerrari has been produced in just 499 units and it is coming as a two-door coupe, with a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout, getting a 6.3L V12 and a KERS unit under its hood, with 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. The Porsche 918 Spyder has been assembled in 918 units and it has a two-door roadster body, getting a 4.6L V8 with two electric motors, generating a total of 887 HP (661 kW) and 1,275 Nm of torque, sent to the AWD system through a 7-speed PDK.
