A new video with the stunning Ferrari LaFerrari is showing the impressive Italian supercar on a track reaching 213 mph (343 km/h).
The Ferrari LaFerrari may have been officially presented to the public for the first time back in 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, in March, but its appearance continues to fascinate us, so the newest clip which ended up on the web couldn’t have gone by unseen. The clip is showing the hybrid Italian supercar on a track, or better said on an airfield, where it was taken up to 343 km/h (213 mph).
The LaFerrari is the Maranello based automaker’s fastest ever road-legal supercar and also its first hybrid. The model is aiming towards models such as the McLaren P1 and the Porsche 918 Spyder. The vehicle is taking its power from a 6.3 liter V12 engine, which is backed up by a KERS unit. The total output produced by this assembly stands at an impressive 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. This is translated into a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint made in less than 3 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph). The LaFerrari has a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout.
