Fiat has recently released a new presentation video with the 500L model, the minivan based on the popular 500.
According to the Italian based automaker, the all-new Fiat 500L will go on sale on its local auto market starting from next week and its base price has been set at 15,500 euros. Initially, the Fiat 500L will be available with two petrol engines and a diesel, but the lineup will be expanded in 2013. The Fiat 500L will get the 95 HP 1.4 liter petrol unit, the 105 HP 0.9 TwinAir and the 85 HP 1.3 Multijet. Four configurations will be available for the 500L, the Pop, Star, Easy and Lounge and the model will get 11 body colors and 3 variants of the roof.
As a quick reminder, the Fiat 500L has been spied earlier this year in Northern Italy and right after that the model was officially presented to the public in a world premiere during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March. The Fiat 500L is 4,140 mm long, 1,780 mm wide and 1,660 mm tall and it’s made on the company’s SUSW (Small U.S. Wide) platform, which is underpinning more models like the replacements for the Fiat Palio, Fiat Punto and the compact Jeep crossover.
