Fiat has revealed the new 500T Sport model by accident for a couple of seconds in its latest commercial video for the regular 500.
The all-new Fiat 500T Sport is expected to hit the market sometimes this year and, with the 2012 Paris Motor Show coming in pretty fast, being scheduled to open its gates on the 20th of September, don’t act too surprised if you will see it there, in corner, growling at the audience. The Fiat 500T Sport will be slotted right below the 500 Abarth and, the model will be a “calmer” version of the one currently “made” by the Scorpion.
The Fiat 500T Sport is expected to be powered by a 1.4 liter turbocharged engine, which will develop a total output of 130 horsepower, which is actually 30 HP less than the output of the 500 Abarth. Rumors are saying that besides the Old Continent, the upcoming Fiat 500T Sport will also be offered in the United States and this is backed up by documents filled by the NHTSA and the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Unfortunately this is all the info we’ve got on the future Fiat 500T Sport for the moment, but more details on the model will be announced close to its debut.
