Pagani has recently released a video tribute for the very first Huayra supercar which was delivered to the United States.
After announcing not too long ago that the Pagani Huayra won’t be launched over-seas because of missing airbags and some other safety features, the car manufacturer has finally came to its senses and fitted the model with the safety devices and now the very first Huayra has “set foot” on the U.S. soil. In order to celebrate the event, Pagani has released a tribute video, managing to place the supercar into the spotlights once again.
The Pagani Huayra is powered by a Mercedes-Benz AMG V12 engine with dual turbochargers, which is producing a total output of 700 HP, with a peak torque of 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft). The Italian supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 370 km/h (230 mph). The Pagani Huayra is capable of withstanding 1.5G of lateral acceleration and its engine is mated to a seven-speed sequential transmission. The supercar is priced at 1,150,000 USD and it has been in production since 2011.
