After it was presented at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, the Ford B-MAX is once again highlighted, this time with the help of a new official video released by the company.
The all-new Ford B-MAX has been placed into the spotlights after its world debut in Geneva last month with the car manufacturer releasing a new official video with the people carrier. Standard features on the entry-level Ford B-MAX will be the active dynamics control torque vectoring, power steering, tire pressure monitoring system, IPS (Intelligent Safety System) including front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, knee airbags for the driver and head-shoulder airbags front and rear, Ford Easy Fuel (comfort-filler cap and misfuelling protection), ESP with traction control, ABS with EBD and other interesting things.
Under the hood, the Ford B-MAX will get the highly efficient 1.0 liter EcoBoost engine, generating 100 horsepower and 120 horsepower, both of them burning an average of 4.9 liters of premium fuel every 100 km and emitting 114 g/km of CO2. The 1.5 liter TDCi unit will also be available for diesel lovers, coming with 75 HP, along with the larger 1.6 liter TDCi unit with its 95 HP. The starting price for the new Ford B-MAX has been set at 15,950 euros.
