The new generation of the Ford EcoSport is riding on the same platform as the Fiesta and it’s currently being offered with a choice of five engines, both petrol and diesel burners, along with two transmission options, a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic. The model in question has been officially unveiled, as a concept car back in 2012, during the Delhi Auto Expo and it was introduced, a few months later, in Brazil. The Ford EcoSport is currently being produced in Brazil and India, with the Asian country providing the models for Europe.
