Ford has recently released a new video with the Fiesta ST which was taken on the company’s Lommel Track.
If you are considering buying the facelifted version of the Ford Fiesta ST than you’ve come to the right place because the video posted below is probably what you were looking for. The new Ford Fiesta ST has been taken by the automaker to the Lommel Track where the B-segment hot hatch is being shown in action. The Fiesta ST looks pretty stiff around the corners but under steer is obvious and the front wheels struggling with the torque and the handling are even more obvious.
As a quick reminder, the new Ford Fiesta is already available for order in several markets. Power to the model is provided by a 1.6 liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, which is producing a total output of 180 HP (132 kW) and it has a peak torque of 240 Nm (177 lb-ft). The unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is allowing the hot hatch to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 220 km/h (137 mph).
