The North American based automaker has recently released a video where Andy Vrenko, a Ford Racing driver, is detailing the expensive ST-R model.
The Ford Focus ST-R has been detailed and explained by the company’s racing driver Andy Vrenko, in a recent video released by the car manufacturer. As you can see from the video posted below, Andy Vrenko is talking about all the major parts in the Ford Focus ST-R, starting with the engine, going through the interior, the bodywork and ending with the key customer who will have to pay almost 100.000 USD before he or she will be able to get his or her hands on the vehicle.
As a reminder, the new Ford Focus ST-R is powered by a 2.0 liter EcoBoost engine which is developing a total output of 247 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 360 Nm (265 lb-ft), being mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a Ford Racing clutch. Performance specifications haven’t been released yet and the model is equipped with a FIA compliant roll cage, upgraded brakes, a sport tuned suspension, limited slip differential, a Recaro seat and 18 inch BBS wheels with Hoosier racing tires.
