[VIDEO] Ford Focus ST’s fake engine sound promoted image

Ford is promoting the fake engine sound of the new Focus ST in the latest commercial with the North American hot hatch.

The new generation of the Ford Focus ST is ending up in our news once again and after it was officially presented to the public not too long ago and after it was revealed during all major auto shows throughout the world, the hot hatch is now getting a new promotional video, where the fake engine sound is being highlighted by the North American based automaker.

As a quick reminder, the new generation of the Ford Focus ST, which is wearing the 2013 model year in its name, is powered by Ford Motor Company’s 2.0 liter EcoBoost four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is developing a total output of 247 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 265 lb-ft. The hot hatch’s engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 6.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 155 mph.
