The future generation of the Renault Clio Sports Tourer has recently leaked in a video released by the company.
After the new generation of the Renault Clio has been officially presented to the public just a few days before writing this article, the French based automaker has brought the future Renault Clio Sports Tourrer into the spotlights by mistake, after releasing a video which is showing, for a short period time, the model’s rear end on a test stand. The rear fascia of the future Clio Sports Tourer is expected to get the same engines as its hatchback brother, the 1.2 TCe and the 1.5 dCi but we don’t exactly have any info on the model just yet and we assume that Renault will bring it to the Paris Motor Show in September.
As a quick reminder, the new generation of the Clio hatchback is 3.5 cm longer than its predecessor, 4.5 cm lower and 2.4 cm wider and, when compared to the Ford Fiesta, the Clio is 11.2 cm longer, 5.6 cm narrower and 3.3 cm shorter. The 2013 Renault Clio IV is coming with a 1.2 TCi petrol producing 120 HP, a new three-cylinder 900cc Energy TCe, with 90 HP, and the Energy dCi diesel developing 90 HP.
