The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has decided that it needs a star to promote its E-Class in China, cure and after Fiat “used” Jennifer Lopez to promote its 500 model worldwide, the Stuttgart manufacturer has “selected” George Clooney for the job, with the Hollywood actor doing what he knows best: acting.
The Chinese division of Mercedes-Benz has decided to contact George Clooney in order to promote its E-Class on the local auto market and the footage filmed is pure Chinese, proving that the luxurious sedan is perfect for both relaxing in the back seat and feeling like a wealthy manager, as well as driving it and just having fun.
The “new” generation of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been around for three years now, replacing the one being made from 2002 until 2009. The latest E-Class has been previewed back in 2008, ahead of its debut at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, when some official images leaked on the internet.
It seems that the W212 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is here to stay even if the vehicle might be considered “old”, but one thing is for sure: the new Chinese commercial will definitely attract new customers.
