Another example of the Ferrari LaFerrari has been spotted recently while driving around Beverly Hills.
It may have been unveiled a couple of years ago but it still manages to impress with its every appearance. We’re talking about the first ever hybrid vehicle to come out of Maranello and also the most powerful road-legal Ferrari supercar of all times. This is the Ferrari LaFerrari and the particular model is wearing a shade called the Grigio Medio. The clip posted below is showing it being driven around Beverly Hills and you may want to turn your volume up before clicking the play button.
The exotic model is making use of the 6.3 liter V12 engine, which is capable of putting down 789 HP (588 k)W and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. This is supplemented by the HY-KERS unit, adding an extra 161 HP (120 kW). The total output stands at an impressive 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque, being connected to the rear-wheel drive through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration takes less than 3 seconds, according to Ferrari, and the hypercar’s top speed is 350 km/h (217 mph). The model is coming in a single body style, a two-door coupe, with a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. It has been officially presented to the public, in its final form, at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and produced in 499 units.
