Honda has released a new promotional video with the NSX Concept-GT Race Car, which will compete in the 2014 Super GT Series next year.
After making its debut a couple of months ago, the new Honda NSX Concept-GT Race Car is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new video, which has been released by the Japanese based automaker. The footage posted below is showing the model in a whole new light, but rather than be spoilers, we will let you watch the video for yourselves.
The Honda NSX Concept-GT will compete in the in the 2014 Super GT Series and it has already made its racing debut in the GT500 class of the Super GT Series fifth round, at Suzuka, back in August. The impressive Honda NSX Concept-GT complies with the 2014 regulations established by the Japan Automobile Federation on GT500 cars and it’s based on the Acura NSX Concept.
The race car can easily stand out from a crowd thanks to its wide body kit, large wing, carbon fiber spoiler lip, side vents, lowered suspension, multi-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tires and some other tweaks. The Honda NSX Concept-GT is getting a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged mid-mounted engine, backed up by an electric motor.
