The guys at speed.com have recently went for a spin in the brand new Jaguar C-X17 Concept, in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
After it has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, a couple of months ago, the brand new Jaguar C-X17 is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a video, which is showing a test drive of the model, made by speed.com. The Jaguar C-X17 Concept is the company’s first attempt at creating an SUV and this will serve as a preview for a future production model.
The brand new Jaguar C-X17 Concept has received LED headlights, taillights inspired from the F-Type, plastic body cladding, four seats in the cabin, a futuristic infotainment system, two-tone leather upholstery, Meridian audio system and much more. The model in question is riding on 23-inch alloy wheels and it’s made on the modular platform, the same one underpinning the BMW 3-Series fighter, which will debut in a couple of years. If it will indeed make its way into production than the Jaguar SUV will get a different name than the C-X17 and a variety of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines.
