The British based automaker Jaguar has recently released the first driving footage with the all-new F-Type sports car.
The Jaguar F-Type was one of the most highly anticipated cars of the year but now the model is here and it was officially presented to the public at the Paris Motor Show last week. Jaguar says that the F-Type will be available to its future customers in three versions, the F-Type, the F-Type S and the F-Type V8 S, with the first one coming with a 3.0 liter V6 with 340 HP, the second one with the same engine but with 380 HP and the latter with a V8 producing 495 HP and 625 Nm of torque.
The Jaguar F-Type V8 S can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds before reaching a top speed of 275 km/h, while the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in the entry-level F-Type will be over in 5.1 seconds, with a top speed of 260 km/h. Jaguar says that all engines will be mated to an eight-speed Quickshift transmission. Prices for the new British sports car will start at GBP58,500 for the F-Type, at GBP67,500 for the F-Type S and at GBP79,950 for the F-Type V8 S.
