The first ever video presentation with the brand new Jaguar Project 7 Concept has been released by the British based automaker.
After it was officially unveiled just a few hours ago, ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, this weekend, the brand new Jaguar Project 7 Concept is ending up in our news once again, this time with the carmaker releasing the first video presentation of the model. The footage posted below is showing the impressive one-off ride in action and, we must admit, that that engine and exhaust system sound more than great.
As a quick reminder, the Jaguar Project 7 Concept is celebrating the company’s seven victories at Le Mans, between 1951 and 1990. The model has been based on the F-Type and it was created in just four months. The Jaguar Project 7 Concept is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 supercharged engine, the same one from the F-Type, which is producing a total output of 550 HP (405 kW) and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft). The unit is mated to an eight-speed Quickshift transmission which is allowing the roadster to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).
