The Jaguar XE has been officially presented to the public back in 2014, during the Geneva Motor Show. The model is being assembled in Solihull, West Midlands, and it is coming in a four-door body style, with the front-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. The XE stands at 4,672 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width, 1,416 mm in height and it is riding on a 2,835 mm long wheelbase. The current range topping version is the XE S and this has a 3.0 liter V6 petrol engine under its hood, capable of putting down a total of 335 HP (250 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), this needs 5.1 seconds and top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). A rival for the M3, C63 AMG and ATS-V, called the XE SVR, is expected to be in the works.
