Jay Leno has recently gotten behind the wheel of the brand new Aston Martin CC100 Concept and his impressions of the one-off vehicle can be seen in the video posted below.
One of the most famous petrol heads out there, Jay Leno, is bringing a review of one exclusive ride, the Aston Martin CC100 Concept. The model in question has been designed to celebrate the company’s centenary and it’s paying tribute to the 1959 DBR1 racer. The CC100 has been developed and manufacturer in less than 6 months, in the UK, at the carmaker’s headquarters in Gaydon.
The Aston Martin CC100 Concept is taking its power from a 6.0 liter V12 engine, which is producing a total output of 565 HP. The 1,200 kg (2,645 lbs) vehicle has a 6-speed automated manual transmission, which is helping it sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in approximately 4 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 290 km/h (180 mph). The CC100 Concept has been developed by Chief Exterior Designer Miles Nurnberger, by Special Projects and Motorsport’s David King and by Design Director Marek Reichman. Rumors are saying that Aston might offer two units for sale, with a third one remaining in the company’s possession.
