The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse has recently entered Jay Leno’s garage and the famous car collector has went for a spin in the hypercar.
After it was officially presented to the public for the first time during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show back in March, the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is entering our news once again, this time with the help of Jay Leno, who has went for a spin with the impressive hypercar. The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse has been inspired by the Super Sport and by the Grand Sport and it’s coming with the body structure of the latter and with the performance of the first.
The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is getting an impressive 987 horsepower (736 kW) and 1,250 Nm (922 lb-ft) of torque, but the maximum output produced by the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is 1,184 HP (883 kW) and 1,500 Nm of torque (1,106 lb-ft). In order to get the extra power, VW has fitted its supercar with four enlarged turbos and intercoolers. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse can now accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.6 seconds before reaching a top speed of 410 km/h (254.76 mph).
