A rare and extremely powerful example of the Koenigsegg One:1 has been almost crashed on the Spa.
Have you ever seen a Koenigsegg One:1 turned into a pile of metal, help rubber and plastic? Well, neither did us, but we were close to seeing one as this particular example was almost crashed, on the Spa Francorchamps. The clip posted below is showing us the exact moment when the driver loses control of the wheel but since he actually knew what to do, he managed to save both his reputation and the exotic ride and disappeared into a cloud of smoke.
The Koenigsegg One:1 is the world’s first megacar. This is capable of putting a shadow on just about everything you can think of, starting with the regular rear mid-engined supercars like the 488 GTB, the Huracan or the 650S, going through the trio of hybrid supercars, the LaFerrari, the 918 Spyder or the P1 and even ending it with the Bugatti Veyron, which has recently left the production. The Koenigsegg One:1 has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show and it is taking its name from its power to weight ratio. The megacar is weighing 1,341 kg and it is capable of putting down a total of 1,341 HP (986 kW) and 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft) of torque, from its 5.0 liter aluminum engine. Top speed of the exotic ride stands at 450 km/h.
