It’s blue, it’s mad and it is the fastest production vehicle money can buy these days – the Koenigsegg One:1.
The Koenigsegg One:1 is coming back into our attention once again after being seen driving around Monaco. The clip posted below is showing us the world’s first ever megacar being driven around and capturing a lot of attention in a place where exotic rides feel at home. The vehicle has a matte blue finish, along with some matte black elements which are giving it a unique look. Don’t expect some fast driving or drifting of the megacar because you will be disappointed but you will get to hear its engine.
Koenigsegg has officially presented to the public the One:1, in its final production form, a year ago, at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle also shared the same space as the hypercar trio, the McLaren P1, Porsche 918 Spyder and Ferrari LaFerrari, at the Goodwood Festival of speed, in the same year, and this is currently the world’s fastest production model, putting a shade on the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. It has a 5.0 liter aluminum made engine under its hood, which is capable of producing a total output of 1,341 HP (986 kW) and 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft) of torque, weighing just 1,341 kg. This is where the One:1 is taking its name, the power-to-weight ratio. Top speed stands at a whopping 450 km/h.
