Koenigsegg has released probably a final teaser video for the One:1 supercar, which will be officially presented to the public at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, early next week.
The brand new Koenigsegg One:1 is getting ready to be officially unveiled during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in early March, in a world premiere, and in order to place it again into the spotlights, the car company has released another teaser video with the supercar. The new Koenigsegg One:1 has revised active aerodynamics, an active chassis and it will provide 600 kg of downforce thanks to the huge rear wing. During cornering, more than 2G of lateral grip will be generated.
Koenigsegg One:1 is taking its name from its power-to-weight ratio, where 1 HP equals 1 kg (One:1). The brand new supercar is coming with no less than 1,340 HP (1,000 kW) and it’s weighing 1,340 kg (2,954 lbs). The Swedish based company says that the One:1 will be the fastest road-going vehicle in the world from accelerate from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph), from 0 to 300 km/h (186 mph) and from 0 to 400 km/h (248 mph). Top speed will stand at more than 450 km/h (280 mph), so this will shatter the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport’s land speed record for production cars.
