A new walkaround video with the impressive Koenigsegg One:1 has ended up onto the web just before the vehicle in question was starting its delivery.
The Koenigsegg One:1 has a lot of potential of becoming even better known that the McLaren F1 because this is setting new boundaries in the automotive industry as it is said to be faster and more powerful than a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and also the first ever production megacar. This is no wonder considering the fact that almost all of its appearances are being “documented” and the newest one is showing us a blue-finished example in a walkaround video. This is said to have been filmed just before being handed over to its rightful owner.
Koenigsegg is aiming towards lapping the Nurburgring Nordschleife in just 6 minutes and 30 seconds and if this will succeed, the model will begin the quickest car with global road homologation to do it in a time this short. The current Ring King is the Porsche 918 Spyder which managed to lap The Green Hell in 6 minutes and 57 seconds. The attempt to break the record will take place this year and we will remind you that the Koenigsegg One:1 has a 5.0 liter aluminum engine under its hood which is rated at 1,341 HP (986 kW) and 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft). It is believed to be able to achieve a top speed of 450 km/h. Its name, the One:1, is coming from its power-to-weight ratio, as the megacar is weighing 1,341 kg.
