Still fresh from the reveal, Ferrari is at the moment putting the finishing touches on its top of the line supercar, the eponymous LaFerrari. With only 499 to be built, we can see two of them taking a go at the famous Fiorano circuit.
YouTube’s Marchettino has managed to film two prototypes undergoing testing at the Fiorano Circuit. The cars are virtually identical to the model that was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show, but Marco says the camouflaged prototype was equipped with a different exhaust system that sounded noticeably louder than the other prototype.
Still, regardless of the exhaust type used, when LaFerrari will hit the owner’s garage it will roar from its 6.3-liter V12 engine and say nothing from the additional electric motor that contributes with another 163 hp (120 kW) and 199 lb-ft (270 Nm) of torque to the mix. The supercar will have a combined maximum output of 963 hp (708 kW), which allows it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in less than three seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 350 km/h (217 mph).
