A Lamborghini Aventador supercar has been recently raced against an F-16 Fighting Falcon by Denmark’s Bil Magasinet.
After the guys at UK Top Gear have put Richard Hammond in a Bugatti Veyron against an Euro Fighter Typhoon a few years ago, time has come for the Bil Magasinet to race the Lamborghini Aventador against an F-16 Fighting Falcon and the video is posted right below this article. As a reminder, the two-door, two-seater sports car is powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine which is developing a total output of 690 horsepower and it’s being mated to a seven-speed single clutch transmission. The Italian automaker says that the Aventador can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and it has a top speed of 349 km/h (217 mph). According to the manufacturer, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is burning an average of 17.2 liters of fuel every 100 km (13.5 mpg) and the supercar is emitting 398 g/km of CO2. The suggested retail price in Europe for the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is 255.000 EUR (379.700 USD).
