The Italian based automaker Lamborghini has recently released the first teaser video with the upcoming Huracan GT3, which will be making its racing debut next year.
With the Gallardo being replaced in production form by the Huracan earlier this year, the same thing is about to be made to the racing versions of the two supercars. Lamborghini has already released the first teaser video with the upcoming track-only Huracan, which has been created in a GT3 specification, and the clip posted below is suggesting that work to the model is more advanced than originally believed.
The brand new Lamborghini Huracan GT3 will be replacing the Gallardo GT3 FL2 and it will be taking part in the Blancpain Endurance Series next year, also competing in several events, including the Spa 24 Hours. The vehicle will also participate in several competitions organized in North America and in Asia starting with 2016. There is no word on the price of the new race car just yet, but the current Gallardo racer costs 320,000 euros, before taxes. More details on the model in question, including performance figures, are limited for the moment and will probably be announced once it will be officially unveiled.
