The first video with the Lamborghini Urus Concept being presented at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show has recently hit the web.
After starting its life as a simple rumor, with the company denying its existence, the Lamborghini Urus concept has leaked over the web just a few days ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, and now the luxurious crossover is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the help of a video from the model’s presentation. The Lamborghini Urus concept is the company’s vision of the future and while trying to stay close to its competition, the company might lose some customers and fans on the way, just like Porsche did when launching the Cayenne and the Panamera.
The Lamborghini Urus concept is expected to hit the market in 2016 and the model will have a starting price of approximately 200,000 USD. The engines which might be fitted onto the Lamborghini Urus production version might include the new Bentley 6.0 liter W12 or the smaller 4.0 liter V8, and the model’s top speed is expected to be electronically limited to 180 mph. The current Lamborghini lineup is made out of the Gallardo and the Aventador, but besides the crossover, a production version of the Estoque is also in the books.
