[VIDEO] Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary model teased again
The Italian based automaker Lamborghini has released a new teaser video with the upcoming 50th anniversary model which will be unveiled over the following months.
After announcing just a few weeks ago a new one-off model which will be produced in order to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary, the supercar in question is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the Italian based automaker releasing a new teaser video with the model. The company’s CEO, Stephan Winkelman, says that this new Lamborghini model will be a one-off design and it won’t hit the market as a retro or a revival.
Rumors are saying that the special Lamborghini model will cost 20-25 percent more than the 2013 Aventador and, if it will be well received by the audience, it might be turned into a limited edition. The last special Lamborghini model was named the Aventador J Speedster and the model was officially unveiled during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March. The supercar was powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine, generating a total output of 690 BHP and 690 Nm of torque (509 lb-ft), mated to the ISR transmission, “moving” the permanent all-wheel drive system.
