Land Rover has released a new teaser video with the Discovery Sport as the model in question will be debuting on the 3rd of September.
The brand new Land Rover Discovery Sport is currently entering its final development phase, as the company has recently announced, and it is taking yet another step towards its future customers, as it will be officially unveiled on the 3rd of September.
“Discovery Sport prototypes have covered approximately 750,000 miles during the testing phase, in some of the world’s harshest and most challenging terrains and climates. A total of 181 prototype vehicles were built, completing over 11,000 tests over their lifetimes around the globe, ensuring total confidence in the robustness of build and design of the vehicles”, said the Land Rover program director, Murray Dietsch.
The upcoming Land Rover Discovery Sport will be offered with a range of four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines and it will be replacing the current Freelander. The model in question will be coming with a familiar design and it should be able to seat up to seven people. The vehicle is expected to be making its public debut during the 2014 Paris Motor Show, this October. More details on it remain unknown for the moment.
