Lewis Hamilton has been seen driving his newest supercar, the McLaren P1, on the streets of Monaco.
Just a day ago, we were telling you that Lewis Hamilton has taken delivery of his Baby Blue finished McLaren P1 and now the model is returning into our attention with a series of videos which are showing us the F1 driver taking his newest ride for a spin. We have to admit that Hamilton has a great taste when it comes to supercars and we also have to tell you that this particular McLaren P1 will not be feeling alone as Lewis also owns a one-off Pagani Zonda 760LH. His newest acquisition is getting carbon fiber exhaust elements, gloss black side mirrors, blue stripes on the wheels, Alcantara on the dashboard, black and blue theme in the cabin, black element and some carbon fiber accents.
The McLaren P1 is coming in a two-door coupe body style, with a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. It has been officially presented to the public back in 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, and it is the first hybrid supercar, and also the most powerful model, to wear the McLaren badges over its body. It is currently being put together in just 375 units in Woking, Surrey, England, and it has a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, backed up by an electric motor. The total output, sent to the wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), it needs 2.8s and top speed has been electronically limited to 350 km/h (217 mph).
